How we use them
Essential Cookies
Required to keep you securely signed in. “heala_rt” holds your encrypted session token (HttpOnly, unreadable by scripts) and “heala_role” remembers whether you are signed in as a patient, doctor, or admin. The platform cannot function without these.
Preference Cookies
Set only if you use the on-page language translator. “googtrans” remembers your chosen language so pages stay translated as you browse.

You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent consultations from working. Since we set only essential and preference cookies, no separate opt-out is required for advertising or tracking.
