Standalone is a complete, turnkey platform for hospitals without existing digital systems, including the full Heala suite deployed on dedicated infrastructure (starting at ₦15M one-time). API Integration connects Heala's modules into your existing EMR, LIS, or pharmacy systems via standards-based APIs (approximately ₦5M one-time). Both are one-time deployment fees; ongoing maintenance is billed separately.

We work with your IT and clinical teams to configure, brand, and deploy the platform for a defined patient cohort - typically a single department or clinic. The goal is to prove the workflow before committing to a full hospital-wide rollout. Pilots usually run for 4-8 weeks with dedicated Heala support.

Yes. The API Integration tier is designed for exactly this. We support HL7/FHIR standards for interoperability and can build custom integrations with systems like Helium Health, Epic, and others commonly used in Nigerian hospitals. Integration scope and timelines are scoped during the pilot phase.

All patient data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, with field-level encryption for sensitive health records. Infrastructure runs on AWS with NDPR-compliant data handling practices. The hospital retains full ownership of all patient data - Heala is a technology provider, not a data controller.
